All displayed prices exclude Japanese consumption tax. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added at the time of invoicing.

Prices vary according to the number of Tracks and the contract type selected (monthly / annual with monthly payments / annual lump sum).

Costs other than the price

・Japanese consumption tax (10%)

・Bank transfer fees, where payment is made by bank transfer (borne by the Customer)

・Internet connection and communication charges required to use the Service (borne by the Customer)

Payment methods

・Bank transfer (against invoice)

・Credit card (processed by Stripe, Inc.; Vaigate does not store card numbers)

Time of payment

All payments are made in advance. We do not offer payment in arrears.

・Credit card: charged at the time of application, and thereafter automatically on the first day of each contract period.

・Bank transfer: please remit by the due date stated on the invoice we issue. For monthly contracts we invoice before the start of each contract month; for annual contracts we invoice the full contract amount before the contract start date.

・Where a service carries an initial fee, we invoice that fee upon receipt of the order.

Time of service delivery

The Service commences after we confirm receipt of payment.

・Credit card: measurement begins promptly after payment is completed.

・Bank transfer: measurement begins promptly after we confirm receipt of funds.

・Measurement is performed once per month. Results are available in the portal.

Contract term and automatic renewal

・Monthly contracts renew automatically every month; annual contracts renew automatically every year.

・Contracts renew on the same terms unless the Customer gives notice of termination.

・Fees after renewal are those in effect on the renewal date. We give at least 30 days' notice of any fee revision.

How to terminate

・Give notice at least 30 days before the renewal date, in writing or through the portal.

・Monthly contracts: the contract ends at the expiry of the then-current contract period.

・Annual contracts: the contract cannot be terminated during the contract term.

・Where an annual contract is paid in monthly installments and the Customer stops paying during the contract term, we may claim the full amount of the fees for the remainder of the term in a lump sum, but only after we have demanded payment within a reasonable period and payment has still not been made.

Returns and refunds

・The Service consists of the provision of services and cannot, by its nature, be returned.

・Fees paid are not refundable. We do not prorate fees, and we do not refund on mid-term termination. This does not apply where delivery of the Service becomes impossible due to causes attributable to Vaigate.

・We cannot provide refunds for limitations arising from the nature of the analysis target, including insufficient AI awareness of the Customer, confusion with same-name entities, or limited content on the Customer's official website. Please use Try Vaipm to check in advance before purchasing.

・Under Japanese law, the cooling-off right does not apply to mail-order (online) sales.

・The Service is offered to corporate and business customers.

・Vaigate does not warrant that any mention, citation, listing or ranking of the Customer in generative AI services or search engines will be achieved or improved. What we provide is measurement and analysis of how the Customer is perceived by AI, and support for improving it.

・Matters not set out on this page are governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
