What is a track?
Each Vaipm track contains up to 100 questions. The question tree is generated by AI and calibrated to each company's business structure, priority themes, and required coverage.
A track is not a fixed FAQ set. Vaipm is designed to manage AI perception on an ongoing basis — including the structure of the questions themselves. Pricing, however, follows published rules based on track count, not per-customer negotiation.

One Track covers measurement in one language, up to 100 questions. Measuring in both Japanese and English requires two Tracks.
For Vaipm Perception Audit, your first invoice is provisional. If you increase the number of Tracks within 30 days of your initial purchase, the unit price for your total Track count is applied retroactively to the first month. We will issue a new invoice for the confirmed amount and apply the difference to your next invoice. The Track count used for the first month remains the Track count as of your initial purchase date, and the increase is billed from the following month. If you decrease the number of Tracks, the first month's unit price is not changed.
For Vaipm Perception Remediation, any change to the monthly fee or the monthly action limit resulting from a change in Track count applies from the month following the change. The monthly fee and the action limit for the month in which the change occurs are not changed.

We implement changes based on your measurement results
- Up to 10 actions per Track per month
- Actions beyond the monthly cap do not carry over. Each month, targets are selected anew from that month's measurement results. Unused capacity does not carry over either.
- Available for 1–10 Tracks. For 11 or more, by separate agreement.
- Volume and annual-contract discounts do not apply.
- Vaipm Perception Remediation is offered on a monthly contract with monthly payment only. Annual contracts and annual lump-sum payment are not available.
We work to improve Truth Gap alignment. Mention rate itself depends on each AI platform's behaviour and is not guaranteed.
